I don't know what to feel
Heart is dead
Mind confused
Don't know what to do
Feel sad for many reasons

Eyes crying
Body dying

No sound of hope
Just quiet humming
And distant echoes mourning

The tears roll down my cheek,
The taste of salt bitter on my lips,
Just as the taste of the world leaves me weak,
My tears leave me battered as if from whips.
The whips of pain,
The whips I can not contain. 

and no one knows why............
